CAMP MARA OMARURU NAMIBIA    

A truly delightful stop over in Omaruru Namibia.  Your Hosts Ecki and Marianne cannot do enough to make your stay there a really memorable one.  There are  Self Catering Units in the main Complex as well as a great Camp Site.  The Units are very well appointed and relaxing.  If you want to "chill out" for a few days, this is definitely a must. The evening Braai Area has such good atmosphere that it is a " have to do".  We have spent many pleasant hours at the feeding site and have managed to get some top of the range images.   You will not get closer to the  Rosy faced Lovebirds than what you do here.  Also easily seen here are the Damara Hornbills and the White tailed Shrike as well as many other species.   

Camp Mara will always be on our list when we return to Namibia.
